Wikidata item Q42

Q42 is a Wikidata item representing the author Douglas Adams. It has been used as the standard exemplar Wikidata item in several academic papers and published books.[1][2][3][4][5]. The use of the number 42 as the code for this item is a reference to the original sentence in his famous books: "The answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything is 42".[6]
