Queen Anusuya was the elder queen and wife of king of Pauravas, King Bamni, and the princess of Takshashila. She was the mother of Purushottam (Porus), who ruled the kingdom of Punjab. She was born on 380 B.C.E and was the younger sister of King Ambhiraj (Ambhi).She was the Takshishilan warrior and writer.
