Queen Bee Games is an independent video game developer based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It was founded in 2013. [1] They received several government loans and grants to help them start in the beginning. [2] They have released one complete game so far, and are working on a second.
Onion Force
Onion Force was the first game developed by Queen Bee Games. It was released on March 2nd, 2016, and published by Throwback Entertainment. [3][4] It is a Tower Defense game that features RPG elements. The game is available on Steam, iOS, and Android. It features a cartoon-like art style. There are no reviews of the game by any major games publications.
Spinch
Spinch is an upcoming game by Queen Bee Games. The game was originally going to be called "Another Now". The studio is getting $230,000 CAD from the Canada Media Fund which will mostly be spent on advertising and hiring additional people for its development.[5] The game features a psychedelic graphic style inspired by Canadian artist Jesse Jacobs.
