Quick Tv Africa (QTA)[1] is an African/Global movement that promotes art, culture, entertainment and youth development owned by Victor Vote[2] an African art and culture enthusiast and social influencer. Quick Tv Africa was founded in 2007 under the management of Hall De Heroes International and was operating as HDHi Movies until 2015 when it was registered as Quick Tv Africa International and later incorporated as Quick Tv Africa Limited.

Quick Tv Africa was the first e-television channel to provide 24-hour news coverage, and was the first all-art and culture e-television channel in the Nigeria and West Africa.
