History
Founding and naming
Ameera Sayeed came up with the idea of a question-and-answer platform that would be responsive and innovative, ensuring project one-off questions would be overcome by sound boarding solutions with infrastructure leaders and experts in the architecture, civil engineering, construction, and city planning fields.[10] College students use REINS for career advice. REINS started as a web app in 2020 and launched the mobile app version in February 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated a greater need for infrastructure professionals to solve specific challenges that were regional in nature or policy-related. Recent releases of REINS included expanded categories allowing real estate, policy, research, and legal professionals in the infrastructure industry to gain the necessary knowledge and solutions. REINS is currently global with access to over 20 active countries. REINS plans to expand into developing nations and emerging markets that will use REINS as a business tool to elevate the local and regional projects and infrastructure needs through the support of developed nation REINS Experts.
