REV Northgate
The REV Northgate (stylized as REV, The REV, or just REV Northgate) is the tallest building in College Station, Texas.[1][2] The REV Northgate primarily serves the Texas A&M University - College Station population as well as Blinn College - Bryan. It is located in the Northgate District of College Station.
It was constructed in 2023 as a student-oriented housing complex that also serves the University Lutheran Church on the ground floor.[3] Currently, it is the newest student-oriented housing community within the city.[4][5] It houses 802 individuals with 298 apartments.[6]
The community offers a variety of amenities, ranging from luxury fitness centers & trainer-led fitness classes to a 19th-story sky lounge. [7]
History
The REV Northgate was broken ground on in June 2021, after demolition of the University Lutheran Church had been completed.[5] Construction was scheduled for completion in July 2023 with the first official residents moving in August 2023. [6]
The building is named after Texas A&M Mascot Reveille.
During construction of the community, the REV Northgate's leasing staff have occupied a remote leasing office in Northgate.
Partnership
The REV is in a joint long-term partnership with the University Lutheran Church. ULC occupies the ground floor of REV alongside the REV's leasing office & resident center.[5]
Development & Management
The REV is currently managed by Cardinal Group Companies and owned by Austin-Based Developer Parallel Co. [5] The REV was constructed by Rogers O'Brien Construction and designed by Rhode Partners.[1][8]

J Turner Research - ORA Score | Top 100 Student Housing Communities
- In 2023, the community was awarded a JTurner Research award with an ORA Score of 86, placing it in the Top 100 Student Housing Communities nationwide.[9]
