RK Struga (Macedonian: РК Струга) is a professional handball club from Struga, North Macedonia. The club competes in the Macedonian Handball Super League.

History

The club was founded in the early post-war period, with sources variously giving 1948 or 1952 as the year of foundation. Throughout its history, RK Struga has been one of the principal representatives of handball in the Struga region and has competed in the highest levels of Macedonian domestic handball on several occasions.

Following the independence of North Macedonia, the club became a regular participant in the national league system, alternating between the Macedonian Super League and the second tier while continuing to develop local players. During different periods, RK Struga established itself as a competitive club capable of challenging for promotion and maintaining its status among the country's leading teams.

In recent years, the club has returned to the Macedonian Super League and has strengthened its position in the top division. Strong domestic performances earned RK Struga qualification for European competition, marking an important milestone in the club's history. The club subsequently represented North Macedonia in EHF competitions, becoming one of several Macedonian teams to compete on the European stage.

RK Struga plays its home matches at the Sports Center "Timi" in Struga and continues to compete in the Macedonian Handball Super League while contributing to the development of handball in the southwestern region of North Macedonia.

During the 2025–26 season of the Macedonian Super League , RK Struga competed in the Macedonian Super League play-out and subsequently contested the promotion/relegation play-off against RK Mladost 1977 Bogdanci. Struga were defeated 25–22, resulting in relegation to the Macedonian First League(the second tier). However, following the withdrawal of RK Tineks Prolet from the Super League before the start of the 2026–27 season, the club was offered a place in the top division and retained its Super League status.
