About
ROBOXchange services are subdivided into exchanges and payments. Service uses WebMoney, Yandex.Money, Wallet One, Money Mail, EasyPay, LiqPay, RBK Money, E-gold and others electronic currency, except PayPal. Payments and changes can be processed by any service listed above.
All operations are processed by online automated systems, which requires minimal effort from users.
Service can be used to pay for communication services, public utilities, television, Internet and railway tickets.
One of divisions from ROBOXchange is Robokassa — that can be used as an online payment processor for sellers (E-commerce, service providers). It provides the ability to get payments from clients using any supported electronic currencies. SMS-payment, “Contact” money transfers and instant payment terminals can be used too.
In 2015, the service had more than 30,000 multinational commercial companies and government organizations.
History
ROBOX started on 17 July 2002. It was the first service that processed currency changes automated and instantly.
In May 2011 OCEAN BANK (CJSC) and CJSC “Internet payments center” (trade mark ROBOKASSA) signed a partnership agreement and created an effective mutually beneficial tandem to work with e-shops. A new financial and settlement center was formed, providing comprehensive services for online stores.
Statistics
In 2007 — ROBOXchange made approximately 1.3 million operations (total exchange and acquiring). Growth amounted to 60%, and the acquiring turnover is growing much faster than the exchange turnover.
