RZ Esports
RZ Esports (often abbreviated as RZ) is a professional Dota 2 team from Myanmar.[1][2] On December 18, 2023, they won first place at the DPC SEA Tour 1: Open Qualifiers #4.[3] RZ Esports is considered one of the top 3 Dota 2 teams in Myanmar, ranking 420th in the world. [4]

History
RZ Esports was founded by Win Khant on December 1, 2022, with the members Prodigy Han, Someone, Haw, Fuyao^^, Kalay99, and the coach, Jobeeezy.[5] Two weeks after forming the team, they competed in their first tournament, the DPC SEA Winter Tour Open Qualifiers, on December 11, 2022. They successfully dominated the Open Qualifiers, securing first place.[3] They then proceeded to place top 8 in the Closed Qualifiers. On December 26, 2022, they received their first direct invite to the Bawdar Myanmar Dota 2 Tournament, where they placed fourth.[6][7] Just before the tournament started, Someone and Prodigy Han became inactive, and Mewtwo- and Not Human joined the roster. Their second direct invite was from the Apote Invitational tournament, where they placed first runner-up.[8] For that tournament, Not Human became inactive and trn joined the roster. They also competed in the IESF Big Bang Asia Open 2023, where they placed third.[9] After the tournament, the entire roster changed. The new roster was k7, SY, Zeff, GLoKe, and Not Human, who returned to the active roster. Since then, they have been competing in TDL SEA Pro Series Season (5, 6, 9), where they placed third, first runner-up, and first runner-up, respectively.[10][11][12]
