Rabbin (Rabbit)

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The term Rabbin is a word commonly used in Australian nature slang to refer to an adolescent rabbit. This is commonly confused with the terms kitten or bunny, which refer (globally, not just in Australia) to a baby rabbit.

The origin of the term is unknown and it is rarely used, but it has been featured heavily in local quiz games.

Some dispute the use of the term given its lack of source, but over time, as the colloquialism has increased in volume, calls to stop using the term have quietened.
