Radheim is a part of the municipality of Schaafheim in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district in southern Hesse.
The village is located on the northeastern edge of the Odenwald in Bachgau. The district road 106 goes through Radheim. The place leads directly to a Mosbach. The stream Pflaumbach (also called Welzbach depending on the region) flows through Radheim into the Schönbusch Lake in the Schönbusch Park and ending in the Main.
