Radiation Protection in Australasia is a biannual peer-reviewed journal covering research in radiation safety and protection[1]. It is the official journal of the Australasian Radiation Protection Society.

The journal originated as a simple newsletter in 1977 and was issued intermittently, before being expanded to included technical papers in 1979 and renamed as a bulletin. In 1983 it was first published as Radiation Protection in Australia, and obtaining its current name in 1999.[2]
