Radio TV Soberania, Also known as "The voice of the Bolivian cocalero" and by its English name Radio TV Sovereignty, is a Bolivian radio and online news network. It was founded on June 27, 1996 and focuses on Latin American politics with a Pro-socialism editorial take. It has both Quechua and Spanish language channels.

The community media, emerged in an expanded ordinary of the Special Federation of Peasant Workers of the Tropics of Cochabamba. The media is owned by the Federations of Rural Workers of the Tropics, FETCT, and FECAMTROP. It is a station committed to the struggle of social organizations, contributing to the strengthening of the peasant movement.[1]
The then president of Bolivia, Evo Morales Ayma, recognizes the work of Radio Soberania in his words: "Hay que ver la forma de sostenibilidad de nuestras emisoras como radio Soberanía (...) La comunicación es tan importante para la liberación del pueblo boliviano" expressed in a ceremony held in the town of Chipiriri in the municipality of Villa Tunari.[2]
