Radio and Television ILIRIA (RTI) is a media company based in Vitia, Republic of Kosovo. The radio started broadcasting in September 1999, a television in 2001, and a website in 2002.

RTV Iliria was founded in 1999 in Viti by Ilir Murtezi and worked within the Film Information Enterprise "Iliria". Radio Iliria, for the first time broadcast the program on October 15, 1999 on the frequency 104.1FM, while TV Iliria was launched on October 15, 2001. RTV Iliria are media licensed by the Media Regulatory Institution, the Independent Media Commission since 2000. During this period, RTV Iliria, counts successes at your level and projects even more realization in different stages and with different topics. News editions, thousands of chronicles, documentaries, cultural, sports and other programs in the interest of the audience. In order to provide fast and accurate information, RTV Iliria today continues its operation on all cable platforms in Kosovo as well as on the terrestrial frequency network by broadcasting 24 hours of various programs.

RTV Iliria broadcast content in the mother language: Albanian. ILIRIA manages a radio station, a television channel, media and music production label, and an internet portal. The service is governed by Radio Television ILIRIA statute.
