Radu Oncescu (full name Radu-Mihai Oncescu-Brotea), born April 8, 1991 in Oltenița, Călărași County, Romania, is a Romanian content creator, digital communication specialist and advertiser internationally recognized for monitoring and analyzing the newest features tested and launched by the major social media platforms such as Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Threads, TikTok, WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube and YouTube Music.

- TikTok–Google Partnership
In September 2023 he reported a TikTok experiment integrating Google Search directly into the app’s search interface. - 30-Minute TikToks
In January 2024 he identified a global TikTok test allowing uploads of up to 30 minutes, based on an in-app banner.

- Google AI Mode in the EU

- OpenAI Usernames
In October 2025, Oncescu was mentioned by Android Authority[44] and Bleeping Computer[45] for discovering two features under development in OpenAI's ChatGPT app that would allow users to add profile photos and create a username.
