Rafal Szymanski is a Ukrainian businessman in the spheres of IT, software and IT solutions for B2B and B2C sectors. He was born on August 9, 1990, in Poland.
Now he's a CEO and founder of his own IT company, GlobalTechMakers (GTM), which specializes in software and high-tech products. Rafal is also an IT expert and board member of the non-profit FutureNet Foundation - a charitable organization supporting people in need all around the world.
Earlier in 2019, Rafal Szymanski has founded GTMplus, a special unit of GTM which work is mainly focused on producing custom IT solutions and addressing challenges in software development.[1]
Education[edit]
Szymanski graduated from college where he got an electrical technician's diploma. Right after that, he's started to study IT more closely, and in 2015 he launched his first major project, GlobalTechMakers. In October 2016, Rafal founded Voda Company specialized in fetching mineral water enriched with health-giving microelements.
Career[edit]
One of the first creations of Rafal Szymanski, Voda Company was incorporated in Ukraine in October 2016. The project was a successful combination of health promotion strategy, product innovation for Ukraine and a multi-level marketing system. The company was delivering water purified and enriched with useful minerals in bottles.
Szymanski has run many seminars on sustainable consumption of fresh water, made speeches at conferences, but due to their mentality Ukrainian people weren't completely ready to switch to purified water yet, so in August 2017 Voda Company's activity was terminated.[2]
GlobalTechMakers[edit]
During 2015, Szymanski has been upgrading his skills in IT sphere. At that time, he already was working on his first software development projects. Later the same year, he founded GlobalTechMakers (GTM) - a high-tech business products developing company. Today GTM has an active role in the production of IT products for B2B and B2C sectors worldwide. The company is known for the use of innovative technologies for the creation of new solutions and improvement of the existing ones. In 2017, GTM has established a partnership agreement with FutureNet social platform, under which it develops IT products for the project and provides follow-up services as well.
EviGuard[edit]
In the summer of 2017, Szymanski's team has launched EviGuard app - a time tracker for monitoring and counting the actual time employees spend on their functional duties. The application provides full statistics for the use of staff time in one click and helps to enhance productivity. EviGuard gives companies the possibility to effectively manage their business in real time. Right now it's available in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.
24BAS[edit]
In November 2017, the 24BAS platform began its work. It was created to assist users who want to buy or sell their products and services. It's a single marketplace which brings together buyers and sellers. There is no commission fee for using the platform's services, and one can pay for the purchases in cryptocurrency.
Banners App[edit]
In the autumn of 2018, Rafal Szymanski has presented a new project - Banners App, intended for promotion of brands in EasyVisual advertising network. The product was presented at the conference in Macau.
The application runs on Android OS and activates every time the user’s smartphone is unlocked. It allows to browse advertisements and collect bonuses. Targeting is carried out based on the personal characteristics of each user specified during registration. In February 2019, Rafal Szymanski announced the integration of Banners App with their own 24BAS trading platform which brings together sellers and buyers from all over the world.
GTMplus[edit]
GTMplus company was founded in 2019 and became one of the GlobalTechMakers units specializing in IT solutions. More specifically, it's involved in custom programming and addressing challenges arising in software development. The scope of GTMplus activities also includes professional outsourcing and outstaffing services. These ones allow both startups and sophisticated businesses to quickly and efficiently solve production-related problems and involve outside experts in the work.[3]
