Personal Life[edit]

Akella Raghavendra was born at Rajahmundry in the East Godavari District, location of Andhra Pradesh.He was brought up in Amalapuram of Konaseema.He continued his school final (10th Standard) in Muramalla Government High School and later moved to B.Sc in SKBR college of Amalapuram.The naming tradition follows: Father-Subramanya Sharma, Mother-Surya Kumari Lalitha.He was the younger one among the three siblings.The married life blessed him with his wife Madhavi and a daughter by name Sirivennela and son Sankalpa Ruthvik.

Professional Passion[edit]

As soon as he was done with his graduation in 1994 he raced himself to the National Scenario Stature Exam IAS.But his grand and quick steps were slowed down at the interview stage making him an IAS Loser with 12 marks distinction.He then turned his career to a journalist from 1997-2000 in the arenas of Eenadu and E TV.He made himself flexible to the duties of Hyderabad,Delhi and Chennai.Later he joined as a Senior Correspondent in the webprapancham.com Telugu Version organized by webduniya.com. Finally he moved himself to the inchargeship of Madras Division as well.He thickened himself there till 2003 and then moved on to the next professional version of him.It made him an IAS Trainer.He was recorded with training thousands of trainees turning hundreds of them to be the cover pages of success.Summing up he was a discretional trainer and educationist as well.

Being born and brought up in a middle class family...Being not bowed down to cave by split shot lost goal...He was quickening his sharpened steps towards a purpose driven passionated life.After being lost his goal of IAS for four repeated civil exam attempts,he was pulled off for a while.But at the drop of a hat he gained vigorous strength to move ahead.The four attempted failures made him realize the importance of aware and conscious training which he lacked.He wished strongly to be the back bone for the wishbone spirits of initial passionated buds to attempt the Prestigious Ranked Exams as IAS.So he turned himself to be the best platform for training the Stepping Aspirants to turn them to Success Sages.

That was why many trainees under Raghavendra turned to Prestigious Officers.Aakuraathi Pallavi,Addanki Sridhar Babu,Vijaya Rao and many had blossomed as IAS Stars followed by Aavula Ramesh Reddy,Vijaya Bhaskar,Raaja Kumari,Venkat and Murali as IPS Shiners and Saadu Narasimha Reddy ,Samatha,Veerabhadram,Tirumala Naayak,Balaram and so on as IRS Risers.

Akella Raghavendra was an handspringed writer.He had done various literary works on Anthropology and Telugu Literature for IAS Trainees.

Based on the cheeky thought of rebirth of Girisham and Venkatesam roles from 'Kanyasulkam' ,he wrote a comic satire novel by name,'Eenaati Girisham.'Summing up the secrets of success through analytical approach he became the creator of a book named 'Secrets of Success.'He even turned up with the biography of Madapati Hanumanth Rao as well.He was acquainted to movie scenario with his marvellous story and screen play work.
