Raging Thunder 2 is a 2010 racing video game developed by Polarbit Games and published by Pixelbite Games. It is a sequel to the 2006 racing video game Raging Thunder.[1][2][3][4]
Gameplay[edit]
Players select from six racing car characters: Tango R; Snakebite; Storm FX; Ironclaw; Sakura; and Wasper. After the players character is selected, the game offers twelve race venues: Castle; Pipeline; Icecaves; Misty Falls; Speedaway; Aquatic Tunnels; Temple; Frozen Lake; Great Walls; Dam; Arctic Refinery; and Voclano. These venues offer different landscapes and routes for players that present a variety of obstacles.
Raging Thunder 2 also has a multiplayer mode for head-to-head competition.
In single-player mode, players choose from six gameplay options: [5]
Time attack: players have to race against time, if it is over, players will withdraw from the race.
Survival mode: standing first is the main objective before being eliminated by other leading cars.
Career mode: as a normal gameplay, player may earn coins, upgrading cars' performance, speed, engines, tires and wings. Achieving cup also included for a title in each venues.
Instant race: random race with random cars.
Single race: players have to choose their desired places and cars.
Arcade: players must race through timer, but did not reach zero as a racing progresses.
