The Rainbow Maestro, also known as Maestro for short, is a fictional character created and owned by American DeviantArt user Mast3r-Rainb0w. Serving as Mast3r-Rainb0w's persona and mascot of his DeviantArt career, he is depicted as an alien-like colorful and magical entity whose hyperdimensional origins are a mystery.
Concept and design
Mast3r-Rainb0w created Maestro in 2017 to replace his "Red Dragon" persona, and liked the result. His design is based on fancy rich men wearing top hats, and other cartoon characters as well. Maestro had legs, then they were removed in April 2018.[1]
Characteristics
Maestro is described as a powerful entity from an unknown universe. He wields a wand for controlling magical attacks, and a sword for melee attacks. Although called the Rainbow Maestro, his real name is spelled "$★Ω¿".
His outfit includes a rainbow top hat with a star clip on the left, a rainbow bow tie, a black tuxedo with a rainbow high collar, limbless white gloves and shoes with a rainbow star on the shoe soles.
Reception
Maestro was well received by other DeviantArt users and gained several fan art.[2]
