Rajesawari Sarala Raina is an Indian agricultural economist and Science, Technology and Society Studies (STS) researcher who has heaviliy contributed to science, technology and innovation policy analysis and debates on sustainable development and agriculture.
Education[edit]
She completed her doctoral studies in 1994 under Prof. Thomas Issac from Centre for Development Studies (CDS), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Career[edit]
She is currently a Professor at the Department of International Relations and Governance Studies, School of Humanities and Social Sciences in Shiv Nadar University and Associate Director of the University’s Centre for Public Affairs and Critical Theory (C-PACT), New Delhi]. Before joining the University, she was a Principal Scientist with the National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS-CSIR), New Delhi from 1992 to 2016. She also served as a Senior Fellow at the .
