From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Introduction[edit]

Rajiv Talreja is one of India’s leading business coaches and author of ‘Lead or Bleed’, an international and Amazon bestseller. He has been a serial entrepreneur for over a decade and has impacted over 500,000 entrepreneurs across 5 countries in building various scalable and profitable businesses.

Personal Life[edit]

Rajiv Talreja was born in Bangalore on 29th November 1986 to Deepak and Bindu Talreja. He is married to Bhakti Sanghvi who co-founded Dreamcraft Events & Entertainment, and oversees the operations and profitability of the company.

Education[edit]

Rajiv Talreja graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Christ University in 2007.

Career as a Serial Entrepreneur[edit]

While still in college, Rajiv was naturally inclined towards entrepreneurship, and along with a few of his friends, he formed a youth organisation to provide career and relationship guidance to his fellow students. The organisation also helped students to develop a practical approach to work, as well as identify internship opportunities. As a testament to their success, they have assisted over 4000 students for leadership learning across Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai.

After graduating in 2007, at the age of 21, Rajiv began his career fresh out of college with Quantum Leap Learning Solutions. The company focused on building leaders, teams and helping companies grow and evolve their business strategies. Post its success, Rajiv started his next venture, Quantum Leap Off Shore Solutions, which outsourced project management; however, the company shut shop after a year. He also started a recruitment consulting firm in 2009, and an event management firm, Dreamcraft Events & Entertainment Private Limited that same year. His most recent venture, Dream Catcher Investments was founded in 2017 and funds businesses which have the potential to scale up to an IPO.

In 2012, when Rajiv experienced a slump in his professional life, with both the outsourcing and recruitment company shutting down, he decided to focus on learning how to build a successful business. He also studied at the Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) where he acquired expertise in competency mapping, competency assessment, competency-based learning design & delivery, and learning effectiveness evaluation. Rajiv has also been a part of the Erickson Coaching International where he was exposed to the simplest and most practical coaching training. This made him eligible to apply for PCC (Professional Coach Certification) from the ICF (International Coach Federation), and is one of the most significant achievements of his career.

Author[edit]

Following his return to India, in 2016 Rajiv Talreja published Lead or Bleed, which was a collective of learnings from successful businessmen. Over a period of 15 months, Rajiv travelled across the length and breadth of the country, interviewing close to 300 business leaders across multiple industries. The book aims to answer two questions:

1.      What is the psychology behind building a successful business?

2.      What are the systems of building a successful business?

Lead or Bleed also comprised a chapter on the P.A.C.E business acceleration system created by him, along with the rules of building a successful business.

As a result of the interest garnered towards the release of the book on social media, Rajiv Talreja pre-sold enough copies to become an International as well as Amazon Bestseller.

Teaching[edit]

While Rajiv had already made his presence felt in the corporate training sector, as a part of his book launch, Rajiv Talreja offered patrons the opportunity to attend the Business Breakthrough Seminar free of cost which focused on the key principles behind the psychology of building a successful business and the key ingredients to focus on as an entrepreneur while building a scalable business. During this seminar, he spoke about his journey interviewing business leaders, shared key learnings and insights and helped entrepreneurs overcome their challenges.

Following the success of the Business Breakthrough Seminar, Rajiv designed a programme where he could teach entrepreneurs the P.A.C.E system in an experiential manner and handhold them to implement it.

Rajiv Talreja has also been the 1st ever Indian to speak at the National Achievers Conference in 2016, hosted by Success Gyan.
