Rajkumar Kalal (born 8 August 1990) is Indian chef who is popular for pastry cake making. He was born in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Early life[edit]
Rajkumar Kalal was born into a middle class family in Udaipur, Rajasthan (India) with small business holder father and a homemaker mother with one elder and one younger siblings. His childhood was some mixture of good and bad. While schooling he was having mindset to go for government job. But There was some responsibility from family. So, after Higher Secondary education he decided to go for diploma in food production from food craft Institute Udaipur, Rajasthan. After diploma he completed his internship from Taj Lake Palace Hotel, Udaipur. He got inspired from chef Ravi Rai and started his career of pastry and bakery.
Professional life[edit]
He worked in India from 2010 to 2013 with luxurious hotel brands like Taj and Mahindra. In 2013, he moved to Abu Dhabi UAE. Now he is based in Abu Dhabi working as executive pastry chef with Cioccolato French concept café and restaurant, Abu Dhabi. After gathering a several years of experience. He started his restaurant in partner with his friend (The Masala Darbar) multi cuisine restaurant in 2020. He plans to start high end café with and restaurant with some creative and Unique concept in India and chef Consultancy work. His dream is to have a good café and restaurant brand in market.
