Rajpal Sharma was born in the village of Mohanpur urf Ramnagar, located in the Nawabganj Tehsil of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his 10th-grade education at Jyoti Public High School and his 12th-grade (Arts) from Adarsh Krishna Devi Inter College, Bareilly.
