Ramen Arashi
Ramen Arashi, in 2018 was the first Ramen Shop to open in Banff, Alberta, and one of the first Yokohama Iekei Ramen Shops in Canada. The owners of Ramen Arashi, Ken Seki and Yuji Yokomori subsequently opened a Ramen Arashi shop in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2019 and in Canmore, Alberta in 2020. In 2021 they were joined by Allan Nichols in Victoria BC to open a Ramen Arashi there.
Ramen Arashi has seen high acclaim at all of their restaurants including "Best Ramen" in Las Vegas in 2020.[1][2]
