Career[edit]

In 1997, Morató was awarded the title of Spain’s Best Master Pastry Chef.[1]

Morató was the first director of Aula Chocovic, Spain's only school specializing in chocolate and he continues to teach there.[2]

In 2011, he participated in a collaboration project with Harvard University through the Alicia Foundation, Science and Cooking Lecture Series.[3]

He is currently global creative director of Cacao Barry Chocolate.[4]
