Ranjith Israel is an Indian volunteer who has been involved in rescue operations in the 2013 cloudburst in Uttarakhand, the flood disaster in Kerala, the Kavalapara landslide, the 2020 Pettimudi landslide in Idukki district and the Uttarakhand tunnel rescue where a glacier collapsed. Ranjith was present as a rescue worker along with the National Disaster Response Force during national disasters in the country in the last few years.[1][2][3][4]
