RASHAD HUSSAIN (born 28 August 1993) is a Guyanese Wildlife Photographer and International Chess Player. Hussain was born in Georgetown, Guyana, Demerara-Mahaica, in 1993 to Muslim Indian parents. He is the current Director of Tournaments for The Guyana Chess Federation.
Hussain is an international Chess Player and has played games against Guyana’s top chess players like Taffin Khan, Anthony Drayton, Kriskal Persaud and Frankie Farley.[1] He is currently an executive member of the Guyana Chess Federation, Currently serving as the Director of Tournaments. He took the post following an AGM on August 4th, 2019.[2]

He began his Secondary education at Queen's College, Guyana in 2005, and finished 6th form at St. Roses High School in 2011. Received his Diploma in Pc Repairs in 2012. He is also a certified Photographer and Reptile Wrangler.
