Ravanasura is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action film directed by Sudheer Varma and written by Srikanth Vissa. Produced by Abhishek Pictures, it stars Ravi Teja, Sushanth, Anu Emmanuel, Megha Akash, Faria Abdullah, Daksha Nagarkar and Pujita Ponnada and Mandava Sai Kumar.
The film began its production in January 2022 and is scheduled to be released on 30 September 2022.

Development[edit]
In October 2021 it was announced that Ravi Teja and Sudheer Varma were coming together for a film under the tentative title #RT70.[1] In November 2021, the film's title was announced as Ravanasura.[2][3][4] The film was then launched in January 2022 with K. Raghavendra Rao, Chiranjeevi, and B. V. S. N Prasad.[5][6][7]
Casting[edit]
In January 2022, it was announced that Sushanth was brought on board to play a pivotal role in the film.[8][9] The film also features five actresses in leading roles—Anu Emmanuel, Megha Akash, Faria Abdullah, Daksha Nagarkar and Pujita Ponnada.[10]
Filming[edit]
Principal photography for the film began on 18 January 2022 in Hyderabad.[11] Teja has joined the production in February 2022.[12]
Soundtrack[edit]
The music is composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar and Bheems Ceciroleo. The music rights were acquired by Mango Music.
Release[edit]
The film is scheduled to release on September 30, 2022.[13]
