Ray Islam, PhD (Mohammad Rubyet Islam) is an AI/ML scientist, AI ethicist, professor, author, researcher and reviewer. He serves as an adjunct professor in natural language processing at George Mason University, VA and a cybersecurity lecturer at ACES Honors College, University of Maryland, College Park. Islam has worked on artificial intelligence and machine learning roles at Deloitte (USA), Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen Hamilton, NASA, the U.S. White House, and the U.S. Department of Commerce.[citation needed]
