Rayna Tours and Travels – a segment of Rayna Group - is an ISO-certified destination management company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE.) Licensed by the Government of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing(DTCM)[3]. Rayna Tours offers tours and travel related services, such as airline ticketing, all-inclusive tour packages, hotel reservation, MICE, and ground handling. [4]

Rayna Tours was founded in 2006 by Manoj Tulsani and Kamlesh Ramchandani. Started his career as a marketing professional with Safeer Group of Companies in 1999, Manoj Tulsani – an alumnus of Bombay University, Maharashtra – quitted his high profile job with Time Machine Group of Companies, to set up Rayna Tours, along with Kamlesh Ramchandani, a veteran in travel and marketing sector.[5]
Rayna has its branches in Dubai[6], Sharjah[7], Abu Dhabi, Pune (India), Singapore, Malaysia and Cape Town[8] (South Africa). Through its online portal, Rayna Tours now delivers online travel services including hotel reservation, international holiday packages, visa, and airline tickets, besides organizing sightseeing tours and several off-the-beaten tours like desert safari, dhow cruise and adventurous water sport activities[9]
