Overview
reAlpha specializes in real estate technology that uses artificial intelligence to assist with short-term rental property (STR) investments.[6] It primarily focuses on retail investors.[7]
One of reAlpha's products is GenA, a software application that creates property listing descriptions using generative AI.[8] It was originally called BnBGPT.[9] The software can tailor its AI-generated descriptions to the needs of different platforms such as Airbnb, Zillow, Realtor, and others.[10]
Since its acquisition of Naamche in 2023, reAlpha plans to use Naamche's AI for its real estate software.[1]
History
reAlpha was established in 2020 and is currently headquartered in Dublin, Ohio.[11] Its chief executive is Giri Devanur.[1]
In 2023, reAlpha acquired Rhove, a real estate syndication platform.[12][13][14][15] It also announced that it will acquire Naamche, a technology company.[16][17]
