Realistic Fist
A style of martial arts created by Hong Kong-born American action actor and martial artist Conan Lee.[1]
After experimenting with Western and Chinese styles, Boxing, Kung Fu, Taekwondo and Karate, succeeding in the Northern Shaoling and Wing Chun styles, he created the "Realistic Fist" style. The style seeks to reject form and focus on the practicality of beating the opponent. Conan describes it as a "home-cooking of martial art".[1] The style is taught around the students own abilities, focusing on improving, not learning.[2]
