Rebit software allows simultaneous back ups to cloud storage, local drives, and network drives through its "Hybrid Backup Technology" [3].
Rebit's "Continuous Data Protection" technology automatically backs up all changes that occur on a system every 30 seconds, waiting until the system is idle to avoid any performance impact. This eliminates the need for backup plans and schedules [4].

Rebit software was acquired by BETSOL (a private company) on March 31, 2017 [7]. BETSOL employees between 251-500 employees and is based out of Broomfield, Colorado [8].
Prior to being sold to BETSOL, Rebit became a subsidiary of Carbonite in August of 2015 [9].
Rebit was initially founded in 2005 in Longmont, Colorado [10]
