Rodney "Red" Grant (born December 27, 1978)[1] is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and producer. He has appeared and performed in various comedy specials and films, including Reality Bites Back,[2] Katt Williams: American Hustle, DeMarcus Cousins Presents Boogie's Comedy Slam, Shaquille O' Neal Presents: All-Star Comedy Jam, and Family Reunion.
Grant is currently running for mayor of Washington, D.C. in the 2022 mayoral election as an independent candidate.[3][4][5]
In 2020, Grant started a violence prevention program, "Don't Shoot Guns, Shoot Cameras", that aimed to introduce young people to the fundamentals of filmmaking.[1]
