Rehan Katrawale is an Indian Author, Writer, Poet & Artist from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Popularly known by his poetic name, Rehan Katrawale's real name is, Abhishek Singh.
He was born in Katra, Jammu Kashmir on January 19, 2001
He is the resident of Katra located somewhere near Mata Vaishno Devi
He completed his primary education from Vishal Model School, Sherpur and Lovely Hr. Sec Dansal then he went to Govt. High School Aghar Jitto and Govt. Higher Secondary School, Katra for his high school education.
He completed his graduation from General Zorawar Singh Memorial Degree College, Reasi.
He was honoured by Rashtrya Raksha Sankalp Abhiyan in 2017.
He participated in art and cultural activities at DIET Reasi many times.
Rehan holds an Honours Degree in Psychology from University of Jammu.
He started writing poetries, fictional and non-fictional stories at a very young age.
He had written several of books like Beintehaa: Daastan-E-Mohabbat and The Mystic Father: Man With A Womb.
Apart from writing he has a great interest in Acting and Theatres too.
Early Life[edit]
Rehan Katrawale had a great interest in writing fictional and non-fiction stories at a very young age. He started writing when he was 14. Rehan lives with his family in Katra (the base camp for Mata Vaishno Devi).
Rehan spends most of his time working on his creative things like writing. He always seek solitude for the same.
Rehan studied in Vishal Model School Sherpur for more than a decade (11 years). Then he went to High School Aghar Jitto for his high school education and studied there for 2 years. Later he went to Higher Secondary Katra where he studied science (medical).
Career[edit]
Rehan started his career as a event manager and organiser. Thereafter he started writing short stories and poetries. He started acting and performing arts back then in 2015. He then wrote a book called "The Mystic Father: Man With A Womb".
Personal Life[edit]
Rehan lives in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir. He lives with his family; his father Ranjeet Singh and mother Veena Devi.
Rehan call himself a one-sided lover. He fell in love with a girl of his batch during his senior secondary days. He completed his senior secondary education from Katra Higher Secondar in science.
There are rumours regarding his love affairs with co-workers/teammates he worked with but Rehan never made any kind of comments on the same.
Rehan is a cryptic guy and nobody really know what he's upto.
