Relativity Whiskey is a four grain American Whiskey that is made in Independence, Kentucky. It was first established by Edrington in 2017 and distributed in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Their whiskey is a combination of corn, barley, wheat, and rye. After being aged in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months, the liquid is then put through their patented "compression finishing" process.

Introduction[edit]

Relativity Whiskey has only been introduced in the states of Massachusets and Rhode Island.

Reviews[edit]

At the 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, Relativity Whiskey received a 92 (excellent, highly recommended rating). Panelists described Relativity's tasting notes as "pungent and grain-forward with allusions to graham cracker, clove, and black tea. Oaky and round on the palate, it shows mature signs of spice to balance fruit and nuts. Long, toasted, and mellow on the finish."[1]

In Whiskey Advocate's Spring 2018 edition, Relativity Whiskey received an 83. Its liquid was described as generously woody with pencil shavings and lumber mingled with chamomile, white flowers, and vanilla on the nose. The light-bodied palate is sweet and floral, with cloying and vanilla flavors."[2]
