Reliant Transportation was an operator of school bus services in the United States, serving the New York City area. It was owned by MV Transportation, the largest privately owned passenger transportation contracting services firm in the United States based in Dallas, Texas.
History[edit]
In October 2020, the school bus company NYCSBUS was incorporated, to buy out and acquire the assets of Reliant Transportation. The acquisition was closed in the first half of 2021. At the time of acquisition, Reliant was the largest provider of school bus service in New York City.[1]
