History[edit]
The Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA)is the principal national organization of Republican lawyers. It was founded in 1985 by Bob Horn. It continued the efforts of the 1984 "Lawyers for Reagan-Bush." Early on, the organization was mostly D.C.-focused, but it expanded its efforts after the 2000 presidential election.[1]

As of 2022, RNLA is chaired by civil rights lawyer Harmeet Dhillon.[2]
