Research Notes of the AAS, often abbreviated RNAAS in scientific papers and references, is a scientific journal[2] of brief communications in astronomy and astrophysics. It is owned by the American Astronomical Society (AAS) and currently published by IOP Publishing. The notes are published rapidly but not peer-reviewed or copy edited. RNAAS is indexed in the NASA Astrophysics Data System.[3]
