Restaurants Canada
Restaurants Canada (previously Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association or CRFA) is a trade association and industry advocacy group representing the Canadian restaurant, foodservice and catering industries.[1] As of 2024 Restaurants Canada had 30,000 member foodservice operators.[2]
In Canada, entrepreneurs in the sector and their employees produce over $85 billion in gross sales at 97,000 establishments. The association provides services to its members in the industry, including advice, advocacy on regulatory matters, and periodical publications.[1]
