Revere Partners Revere Partners is the first independent venture fund for oral health, identifying opportunities for investors, and providing capital for cutting-edge innovations in the oral and systemic health sectors.

Revere is an AngelList Rolling Fund, a cutting-edge subscription model for investing that allows investors to contribute funds quarterly to a series of consecutive open-ended investment vehicles. General Partners Jeremy N. Krell and David Arena have a combined 30+ years of key operator experience, 30+ portfolio start-ups, $800M+ portfolio valuation, four exits, and two IPOs. With an intimate knowledge of the industry, which sees $180bn of spending on dental care annually, Revere helps foster unrivaled strategic partnerships that will improve care delivery, as well as patients’ and providers’ experiences, maximizing value for investors.

Revere’s data and track record highlight the value of focusing mostly on Seed and Series A rounds, with some pre-seed and post-Series A and/or follow-on investments. Revere has built a 50-person team to connect startups with leadership at the top dental chains, manufacturers, distributors, insurers, academics, professional associations, nationwide labs and retailers. Currently, Revere invests in three to five companies per quarter.

Revere conducted a 20-month research project leading to a first-of-its-kind publishable paper proving the strong return profile of early-stage oral health investments, to bring awareness and education to elevate dental investments.

History Revere Partners was established in 2019 by Dr. Jeremy N. Krell and David Arena. As General Partners, they set out to change the landscape of dental and systemic health ventures—to bring market awareness, business acumen, and the top minds in the field together to elevate innovations and optimize both patient and provider experience.

People Dr. Jeremy N. Krell, General Partner, is a general dentist and experienced investor with a business background. He has raised rounds and generated returns for investors at 10 companies, sold three, and acquired two more as a key operator. Jeremy oversaw provider and clinical growth initiatives at a subscription oral health company and has since built the Barchester Bay Group, a portfolio consisting of over 30 separate ventures. Jeremy is an angel investor and sits on the boards of several healthcare and dental startups. He has a 15+ year proven track record with startups, multi-million dollar fundraises and acquisitions.

David Arena, General Partner, is an experienced investor, technologist and finance professional. He spent a decade advising institutional clients on investment strategy and developing systematic trading strategies at the world’s largest hedge fund. Today, David applies his analytical skill-set on leadership teams at numerous startups—managing capital raises, operations strategy, and growth initiatives. He most recently served as CFO and CTO at an oral healthcare company. David deploys the skills gained from his 13-year career to deliver unique insights, investment opportunities, and leadership strategy to investors and founders alike.
