The Revue des sciences de l'éducation is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, founded in 1974 by the Francophone Association of Deans, Directors of Departments and Faculties of Education. It aims to support and stimulate the dissemination of research in the different disciplines of education, especially in pedagogy, didactics, school administration, and measurement and evaluation.[1]

Dissemination[edit]

The Journal publishes three issues per year, including a thematic one. Each issue includes :

  • articles presenting research results;
  • documents compiling, among other things, synopsises, methodological debates or discussions regarding education;
  • literature reviews about recent publications in the field of education.

The Journal offers an open-access to its archives on its website, except for the current year's issues, which are accessible on Érudit. For instance, it is indexed in the Canadian Association of Scholarly Journals, Érudit, INIST, Persée and Repère.
