Richard Balcombe (born 8 September 1955)[1] is a British musician, and orchestra conductor.
Early life[edit]
He studied piano and violin at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, receiving his degree in 1976.
Career[edit]
He has conducted the orchestra for Friday Night Is Music Night on Radio 2,[2][3] working with the BBC Concert Orchestra.
Personal life[edit]
He lives in Sawbridgeworth in Hertfordshire.
