Richard Small is a Jamaican attorney, an activist for black rights and equality in Britain and jamaica.[1]

Small is a co-founder of Bogle L'Ouverture Publications, established in London 1968, working with Jessica Huntley, Walter Rodney, Errol Small and others to establish the radical black publishing company.[2]

Small was a close associate of C.L.R James in London, and formed part of a circle of intellectuals in the London,.[3]
