Rigoberto Ramos Aquino (February 2, 1931 – May 11, 2015[1]) was a Puerto Rican politician and the second longest-serving mayor of the city of Adjuntas (1969–1973, 1977–1981 and 1989–1997). He is regarded as one of the strongest leaders of the New Progressive Party of Puerto Rico (PNP).
