Rimon
Rimon is a brand of pomegranate wine produced in Israel. In recent years, pomegranate wine was industrialized by Rimon Winery in the Galilee and branded as Rimon. Rimon is made from a special variety of pomegranates that were developed in Israel that contain high levels of sugar.
Wine production process[edit]
The first stage in the production process of pomegranate wine is the separation of grainss from the peel. Then the grains are compressed and the resulting juice is fermented between two and four months. Finally, the wine is transferred into an Oak for further aging.
