Ritesh Hada is an Indian entrepreneur and educator. He is the founder of Karnavati University.
Early Life and Education[edit]
Ritesh Hada was born in Kolkata, India. He studied at Bhawanipur Education Society College for his undergraduate degree. He then went to De Montfort University in the United Kingdom for his postgraduate studies. In 2003, he moved to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to build his career.[1]
Career[edit]
In 2004, Hada became the President of Karnavati Medical Education Trust. He worked on building educational institutions. This led to the creation of many educational institutes, like the Karnavati School of Dentistry and Unitedworld School of Business.[2]
In 2012, the United Group opened the United Institute of Design in Ahmedabad. This institute is linked with Gulbarga University and offers many design programs.[3]
Hada played an important role in the development of Karnavati University, which became a private university in 2017.[4] The university has several institutes that offer courses in design, business, law, and healthcare.[5] His work includes innovation projects like the Defense Innovation Challenge with DRDO and starting Edumystic Global, which is an education venture to grow internationally.[6][7]
Hada also supported international partnerships, such as the one between Unitedworld Institute of Design (UID) and De Montfort University in the UK. This allows for student and teacher exchanges, making the education experience better.[8][9][10]
Personal Life[edit]
Ritesh Hada is married to Neeti Hada. They have two children, Reyyansh and Shree. His brother Nilesh Hada is also in the education field, and his sister is Priti Khaitan.[1]
