Ritesh Sharma is an Indian politician and businessman. He was the chairman of Dholpur Municipal Council, and recently joined the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) as their candidate for the Dholpur seat for the upcoming Rajasthan Legislative Assembly elections.[1]

In 2010, he was elected as chairman of Dholpur Municipal Council.

Personal Life[edit]

Ritesh Sharma hails from a political family. He is the cousin of BJP candidate from Rajkheda Assembly Ashok Sharma and nephew of former minister Banwari Lal Sharma.[2]

Ritesh's mother Meenakshi Sharma has been the president of the Dholpur Panchayat Samiti from the Congress party. His Father Murari Lal Sharma was Dholpur Municipality Chairman and has also been the head of Dholpur Panchayat Samiti. He twice contested assembly elections from Bari seat.
