Riverside Ramblin'

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryy_TsBAQbs&t=493s Riveside Ramblin': Ramblin about Stress] was the first in a series of extremely low budget corporate training videos released directly to YouTube in late 2019. The series features two unpaid employees, "Joe" and "Erich", wearing extremely ill-fitting suits, sitting at a table near a polluted river. The premise of the show was to discuss stress and stress relief. The show grossed zero dollars as it was demonetized prior to release due to the unauthorized use of "The Chronic" by Dr. Dre[1] and "No Easy Way Out" by Robert Tepper[2]. The "film" has had 162 views as of August 10, 2020; 50 of which were required to sit through the "film".

Production

The "film" was a poorly conceived idea to introduce a new and fun way of presenting information during company training events, as opposed to useful and informative PowerPoint presentations created by their peers. After being assigned a topic, the creators, also "Joe" and "Erich", drove into the desert with no script or storyboard, which critics have labeled as "apparent". Due to the lack of planning, the "film" is mostly difficult to follow as the information is presented haphazardly and off the cuff. The information was read off the internet just moments prior to filming.

The shoot location was on a polluted riverbank fed by industrial farming run-off. When the two creators arrived at the shoot location, they were greeted by locals who were target shooting and smoking methamphetamine[3]. It is rumored that, prior to filming, the two creators had to rake spent cigarette butts and handgun bullet casings from the filming area. In addition, filming was delayed due to a lack of SD Cards and live gunfire in the area.

Post-Production

Although the "film" was recorded on one day, the "editing" took almost four months. The bulk of "editing" was completed one day prior to release.
