Lalit Menia better known by his stage name Riyaaz is an Indian Independent singer, songwriter, and Music Producer. He started his musical journey as a Music Producer in 2014. He is a singer known for his Punjabi and Hindi songs.

Biography

Riyaaz was born in Amritsar (born 16th March 1994) and brought up in Jammu. He completed his schooling at Maharishi Vidya Mandir School from Jammu. Prior to becoming a full-time musician, he enrolled as a Computer Science engineering student at Miet college in Jammu and it was there he was exposed to the Punjabi music and it motivated him to take music as a career, creating the music and writing new songs were all his key areas of interest. His first release as a singer was Dastaan with T-series. In 2020 he started his own music label.
